Snowfall during the current winter season is compared to a 15-year “long-term” climatology that is calculated using the period from 2008-2022. The data is sourced from NOAA’s National Operational Hydrologic Remote Sensing Center, as at https://www.nohrsc.noaa.gov/snowfall/
